Malala Yousafzai, a 14 year-old education rights advocate, was shot in the head to the disgust of Pakistanis and citizens of the world. Yousafzai was targeted specifically because of her outspoken support for the education of women in the area. This heinous act exemplifies the most radical results that can stem from the ethos that constitutes The Mob Mentality.

Islamic radicals attacked a small American mission in Benghazi, killing an ambassador and three of his staff members with a large attack. The sinister acts have enraged and left a dark stain on the hearts of millions of Americans. Originally believed to be provoked by an internet video, the deaths have now been attributed to an act of terror. Still, riots proliferated across the Middle East, Muslims outraged by an offensive, crude video they believed to be a reflection of anti-Islamic sentiments held by The Western World and -- in particular -- Americans.
